FracLac "Error finding margins"

I am constantly encountering an error in FracLac when trying to run an SLAC scan with custom box sizes (all the other types work). Whenever I try to do this I encounter the following error message:
"Error finding margins for Image_name See ScanXXX". I have tried everything and searched everywhere but can't even figure out what that means. Is there a simple fix to this?
