Disable Avi Reader prompt for macro batch processing

ImageJ prompts with the Avi Reader built in plugin (http://rsb.info.nih.gov/ij/plugins/avi-reader.html)

Since I'm batch processing some videos (converting them to .tif stacks), I really would rather this prompt NOT happen so that the work can occur when I'm not around.

Any suggestions on how to
1. disable Avi Reader prompt
2. preset it so that the files open
