requesting the help for rigid registration

Hello all
            I tried to use rigid registration plugin at Fiji. I read the
instructions from page:

I used the following parameters:

Transforming: PostOp
Initial Transform: blank
n initial position to try:1
Tolerance:1.000
level:4
Stop level:2
matrialcenter and BBox: blank
noOptimization: blank
showTransformed:tick
showdifferenceimages:tick
Fats but inaccurate:blank
Template:PreOp
measure:Euclidean
Also transform these images: Post:tick

After running task, I didn't get the proper result for registration of two
datasets.
Please give necessary instructions and guidance.
