deconvolution

Hi.

I am a new user of imagej

I need to deconvolve a stack of images like 100.

I have googled and followed the steps

but i have not got anything yet. It usually turned into no response.

Can someone help me to work on deconvolution with detail explanation of steps?

And i was trying to get PSF, for running PSF do i need to change any algorithms of the pop up page?

They are automatically filled when i open to run PSF.
