Hi all,
I have created ROI's from many images of different sizes (due to
stitching), all with the same resolution. Now I want to measure them all
at once, by pooling the ROIs and running "measure". However, ImageJ
requires an open picture before allowing any measurements to be made.
The problem occurs when some of the ROIs (from bigger images) exceeds
the opened image (ie. a smaller calibration-image), either in the x- or
the y-axis.It seems like the x-/y- coordinates starts from zero again
when the axis limits of the opened image is reached.
Do I have to fabricate a new picture being bigger than any of the
analysed images/ROIs (to be opened while running all measurements), or
is there another "quickfix" to this issue?
Maybe a stupid question, but why must an image be open at all while
running the measurements (when the ImageJ calibration is set anyway)?
Thanks and cheers:)
Christian
