Thanks for your answer.

I still suspect that Costes' thresholding might not be the method used by Coloc2 to define thresholded Manders coefficients. Indeed Coloc 2 does not give the same threshold values as JaCoP, which according to (Bolte & Cordelières, 2006) uses Costes' method.

I will follow your advice and go to the forum.
