Set points of images in the same coordinate

I want to set two landmarks on an image to specific coordinates to use for bilateral interpolation of other images. Specifically, I have fish in slightly different positions and of slightly different sizes. Is there a way I can select a point for the tip of the nose and tail and make these fixed coordinates across all other images so that all my specimens are corrected for position and size?
