Good day Ron,

the LUT-question for images opened in ImageJ is easy to answer:
You can build your own LUT in ImageJ. (Descriptions are in the User Guide.)

However, what you wish to see, is the application of a LUT during image
live acquisition and I fear that this is "something that the camera
software needs to control". I'm not sure if "Micro-Manager" provides
means for doing so and if "Micro-Manager" works with your hardware.
