Hi Barrett,

It looks like Tudor's ImageJ Documentation Wiki (http://imagejdocu.tudor.lu)
is down at the moment. Hopefully that will be remedied soon.

For imagejdev.org, use http://imagej.net/ instead. The former domain name
expired, but nearly all content has migrated to http://imagej.net/ at this
point [1].

For 3D Objects Counter, some information is available at:
* http://imagej.net/3D_Objects_Counter

But both of the plugins you cite have their primary homes on the Tudor
site, I think. So you'll have to wait for that site to come back
up—although you could access Google's cache in the meantime if you are in a
hurry.
