nd2 files and scale bar

Hi,
I have some images from Nikon microscope. Nd2 files can carry all the image information with itself. I want to add scale bars for images. When I use "set scale" by Fiji, I can only see pixel/pixel information. When I use "image properties", I can see pixel^2 for pixel size (Please see attachment).
If I can not find how many microns I have per pixel, I can not put a scale bar.

Does someone know how I can learn this information from images? Could you please help me?
