Hi Guilherme,
The version of Bio-Formats you have installed is incompatible with the
version of Stitching you have installed.
Did you try using Fiji instead?
http://fiji.sc/It is designed to prevent exactly these sorts of problems, shipping with
known-to-be-compatible versions of both of these plugins.
