Lived dead quantification cell using Image J

Hello everybody,

I'm working on a study to count live (for calcein-AM) or dead (for
ethidium homodimer-1) cells. I have taken some fluorescent images
using these stains.

Whether Image J could be used for quantification of the cells?

I hope you could suggest me how I can complete the analysis using Image J.
