PIV and Particle tracking

Hi there,

is there any tool out wich combines PIV with particle tracking ?
I'm interested in bead tracking and was wondering if PIV could be used as
pre-conditionning step for tracking.

Thus bead positions would be measured in a more accurate way and
displacements aswell.
