Good day Ladjez,

if I interpret your desire correctly, you should open your avi-file in
ImageJ: Either drag the file to ImageJ or use the Open menu item. In the
latter case you may choose the option "Use Virtual Stack".
(If ImageJ doesn't open your avi-file, it may be in a format that ImageJ
doesn't recognize and you should use a different converter.)

After opening the avi-file, save it using the menu item "Save As >
Tiff...". The result is a tiff-stack of the frames. If you prefer a
series of tiff-images instead, use the menu item "Save As > Image
Sequence..."
