I tested it on two Win7, 32bit computers. On one machine with an up to date Fiji, both
launchers seem to work now. On the second computer, the old launcher (last update in
middle of March) failed but your new launcher worked. After Fiji started, it did a regular
update and the launcher that came with the update seems to work also.
