Fluorescence in live tissue

Hi all,

has anybody experience or a pluging to work with fluorescence in a live tissue section? I have records of ca2+ transients in a layer of muscle tissue loades with fluorescent calcium indicators but the contractile activity makes very difficult to track changes over time (my goal).
