I doubt this is a problem with SCIFIO. The scifio-jai-imageio-1.1.0.jar is
a _shadowed_ version of the JAI ImageIO library, and thus will not conflict
with the regular version.

Like I said, these two JAR files should not conflict, and their relative
sizes do not matter in any case. What matters is the Java classes inside
each.
