Image\Scale allows you to expand or shrink an image, so can be used to create images with same sized pixels.
The image with 15um pixels needs to be rescaled by around 3x
The two images do not have the same resolution but can be aligned and overlayed.

Subject: Overlaying images with different Scales
Hello All,I would like to over lay two SEM images over one another, which have different images sizes and scales. Both images at the same magnification, but using different machines, and have different Pixel Scales, and total pixel counts.Image one = 15.17 pixels per um (Image Size =
1236x862 pixels)Image two = 4.90 pixels per um (Image Size = 554x412 pixels)I would like to over lay one image over the other. Is there a way I can convert the images to the same scale, so that I can do an overlay?Any help would be greatly appreciated.
