Dynamic ROI profiler on multiple channels

So I have created a merged image with two separate channels, one for red and one for green. I am trying to see where the intensities of both colors match up. (ie. where both color intensities peak in the cell). I have started using the plugins>analyze>dynamic ROI profiler. And this produces a nice chart for one channel only.

What I am doing as a work around is saving that chart on the first channel and then creating another chart on the second channel,

Finally I have to merge both charts into one composite to see the results.

what I want to know, is if there is a way to use the dynamic ROI profiler so that it will graph both channels together on the same graph.
