Bug Report: ImageJ Forum Account Creation

The ImageJ Forum activation email is not getting to my email account.  The
activation email is not in either my Spam or Trash folder.

I am using Windows 7 and accessing ImageJ Forum
<http://forum.imagej.net/> using
Chrome 53.0.2785.116 version.
