Analysis of 3D image

Hi,
I'm looking for plugins (or any other trick) that would allow me to compute GLCM texture features of 3D images.
I tryed using "texture analysis",but this plugin can analysis only 2D images.
Is there any already available plugin? Or any other way to achieve this?

Any help would be appreciated.
