Mesaure Intensity of ROI within a stack

Hello,

I need to measure the intensity profile of few different ROIs within a stack of images. i.e. I have 21 different images (which are 21 different channels) and I want to measure the intensity of four different ROIs in all the 21 channels in the stack.

Is there a way to do it?
