only 1 channel of a two channel image displays

I have a two channel Z series (11) acquired using Micromanager.
When I open the image set only one channel appears in the window but the window declares there are two channels and the Z series.
The Z slider does change the image in the window while the C slider moves (declaring a change from c:1/2 to c:2/2) but does not change the display in the window.
However the Pixel inspection tool and the Histogram (in live mode), do change when the channel slider is moved.
Show info shows two different display ranges.

ImageJ version 1.51h.

What am I missing ?
