Hi everyone!
I have a time lapse series to which I need to add the timestamp (from images-stacks-label). However I need to delete some frames in this series as the images are unfocused at times.
Can someone please tell me if ImageJ can take into consideration these deleted time points and add the timestamp accordingly?
For example if I have a 5 minute movie with 20 seconds in between each frame then I have 16 frames in total (assuming the first frame is 0 seconds). Then in this case, frame 4 will be 60 seconds and frame 5 will be 80 seconds. If I then delete frame 5, the new frame 5 should then actually show 100 seconds (because it is by default frame 6 as per the original movie).
How should I go about this? I do not want to add blank frames because a) they will look strange and b) I have a really big movie and if I delete many frames I will manually have to add those many blank frames.
Could someone please guide me to a simple solution for this?
Thanks a lot!
