Praveen -

I just tried that, and I get an error message saying..

Problem reading the settings:
Cannot read image file: C:\Users\sho\Desktop\Total.
The source image is not loaded; cannot instantiates spot analyzers.

I've opend the .xml file, and it does have lines about analyzing a specific image. I've tried changing it to the channel I want to analyze, but it still gives me the same error.

Hello there,
I did something similar in the past and here is what i did. After the trackmate analysis of my first channel and you have an option in Trackmate to save everything as .xml file. Then I closed trackmate, opened my second channel and reloaded the xml file ( Plugins>> Tracking>>Load Trackmate file) from the first channel and ran the analysis again. Then the same settings i used for the first channel is then used for analyzing the tracks from the second channel.
Hope this helps,
Praveen
