I realized that my error was that I didn't change the names of the plugins like SetHeadSnakeFilter-quimp-1.0.5.jar-20170119103751. After deleting -20170119103751 the Fiji recognized the jar.
We have slightly changed description of installation procedure on QuimP website [1] to make it less confusing. If you still face a problem with installation please let us know by contact form [2] or email.
