Hi Joe,

Biovoxxel selects the setting Process > Binary > Options > Black background. You have to deselect this to restore the threshold function.

If you use Biovoxxel a lot you can add: run("Options...", "iterations=1 count=1"); to Edit > Options > Start Up to restores this setting when you restart ImageJ/Fiji

Best wishes

Subject: thresholding selecting wrong areas

I was trying Adjustable Watershed and then Biovoxxel Watershed irregular features  to separate large particles in an image. (w not much success) Now when I threshold the background gets selected and not the objects

Clicked/unclicked dark background in THRESHOLD, no luck Tried inverting, no luck Cleared imagej.cfg, no luck Upgraded version from 1.49q to 1.51i (via ij.jar replacement), no luck

Any ideas on how to restore this threshold function?

Thanks

Joe
