Hi all,
Attached it’s a Jpg image that I take from a .avi video of a Eco Doppler from a cow ovary.
I need to measure the areas in colour (yellow-red) to know the proportion with de corpus luteus (dark gray draw with a brown line). Some one know how to do it and/or automatize the process or part of it?
