I took the source on github
https://github.com/fiji/Stitching/blob/master/src/main/java/tools/RoiPicker.javaput it in the macros/tools directory, and compiled it.
Sure enough, I have the tool. (Interesting --no class file is created in
that directory. Why?)
The problem is that I have to compile it every time I start Fiji.
So what is the correct way to do this?
