Multi-D Acq. Error in Image J

Hi,

Anytime I try to open Multi-D Acq. with Micro-Manager to take movies I found the following message: "Acquisition failed to open due to invalid or corrupted settings. Try resetting registry settings to factory defaults (Menu Tools/Options)". However, when I tried to reset preferences (tools/options), it did not work. What can I do to fix it?
