Dear Douglas,

If I drag an .STL to FIJI it is opened in the ImageJ 3D viewer. If I then
go to "Edit > Object Properties" the results windows shows the volume of
that .STL if I am not mistaking. It's not the bounding box volume, anyway.
This seems to be what you are looking for (provided the calibration of the
file is in order, I've been having problems with µms being read as mm, etc).
