Macro for measuring from the mindpoint of Feret to the edge of colony

Hi All,

I'd like to measure the distance from the midpoint of Feret diameter 45 degrees to the edge of a fungal colony.
Is it possible to use macro to give a list of measurements like this? If so, what are the possible functions I can use?
