Dear Jim,
Have a look at the ROI Color Coder (
https://github.com/tferr/Scripts/tree/master/BAR/src/main/resources/scripts/BAR/Annotation#roi-color-coder
) , part of the BAR plugin.

Subject: four-color map implementation
Thank you in advance.
Does anyone have an implementation of
a four-color map on the particles of a binary image?
Actually, any number of colors, as long as no adjoining particles have the same color.
The application is pseudo grain-images (ASTM E112) using random noise as seeds followed by Voronoi.
thanks and regards,
- Jim
