saving image with overlay

Hi, I'm rather new using imagej and still getting the grip of it, but I can't find a way to save my image with the overlay. I have made my ROI and got all the data I need and I know if I save it as TIFF the overlay saves with it and you can load it again, but what I want is a normal image to use it as a graphic guide, or in some presentation. I don't want to be able to edit the ROIs, I just want an image with the overlay in jpg or similiar to use it in some presentations and webs. Is it possible to do it?
