ImageJ Windows Crash and Freeze

Maybe a dumb thing to do but this sequence always results in a total freeze on my Windows installation of Imagej 1.51n

-- Try to delete a file from within the windows file explorer  window created by 'file,open'


1. Open ImageJ
2. select 'File'
3. select 'Open'
4. select any file in the file broser
5. push 'delete' button on the keyboard

The file disappears .. but the control of the program disappears too, and only 'task manager, end taks' can help dismiss it.
