Hmm

It’s windows-8.1-enterprise according to ‘settings’

How do I know which Java ? I thought it came bundled with ImageJ, I ran Help/Update a couple of times .

ImageJ (non-Fiji)  thinks it is using Java 1.8.0_77

ImageJ (Fiji) thinks it is using 1.8.0_66

They each  freeze if I do the procedure.

Hi Robert,

Which version of Java are you using? Have you tried upgrading?

And which version of Windows?

Regards,

Curtis
