Batch conversion to RGB stacks

New to ImageJ and unable to find answer to this question. Is there a way to batch change multiple images to RGB stacks for subsequent analysis? I am trying to quantitate areas of fibrosis on Masson trichrome stained tissue (as described here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M8Eqq_nn4as) and when dealing with dozens to hundreds of samples, it really becomes a major challenge. Appreciate advice.
