Antibody Array Analysis/ multispot analysis

Dear User List,

I am new to ImageJ and I have a question hopefully someone can help me with:
I am analysing an antibody array with multiple spots and I want to use the same mask size/area for each spot is there a way of saving a template mask and moving it across the array to analyse each individual spot with the same mask?
