The main Fiji website is:
http://fiji.sc/There is a download link right at the top of the page.
If you are using base ImageJ, Fiji includes all of ImageJ with additional plugins.
Per the website:
"Fiji is an image processing package—a "batteries-included" distribution of ImageJ, bundling a lot of plugins which facilitate scientific image analysis."
However, whether you are using Fiji or ImageJ should not matter, because I believe that Image Calculator is part of ImageJ.
