Measure Shape descriptors of stacks

Hello,

I have the following problem:
I have 500 images and create a stack of these with Images > Stacks > Images to Stack. Now i want to measure the shape descriptors (Sphericity, Aspect ratio, etc.) for the whole stack. But if I try to measure it with Analyze>Analyze Particels (before this I put a check in Analyze>Set Measurements>Shape descriptors), I get the measurements of all particels of all slices. So I think the programm measure only every single slice of the stack and don´t connect the particels over the slices.

Can anyone help me with this problem?
