Macro for glial cell quantification

Hello ,

I am seeking Macro for  software FIJI or Image J for quantification of
activated glial cells using markers ie IB1-1,GFAP,CD-68 and CX3CL1.

 If possible could you please forward guideline how to run this program for
quantification or please forward a reference who has performed earlier.

 Really appreciate your help.
