Dear Prof. Van den Broeck,

Which is exactly what you want to analyze - or the expected output -? If
you want to quantify the number of particles stained in Oil red, then maybe
you can try to Threshold (Adjust-Threshold) and then Analyze-Particle
analizer, playing with the different min/max values in the thresholding.
