Cell counter marks each criteria with different color.

Perhaps you could flatten the image thus stamping in the overlays, then draw ROI, segment the specific color of the counter of interest, and use analyze particles to count.

Subject: Cell counter issue

Hi All

I use the Cell Counter plugin to mark and count seabirds on large composite images. Cell Counter automatically sum up all the different marker types for the entire image. However, occasionally I need to to sum up the markers for only a subarea of the image or to split up the total count according a grid overlay.

Any idea how to do this?

Kindly
Flemming
