Analyze particles stopped functioning properly?

Hello,

I'm running a simple analyze particle function and it appears to not work
correctly (anymore) on my computer for no reason. When I run:

run("Analyze Particles...", "size=90-Infinity add slice");

The ROI returns one large selection (first image).

but when I run the same function on the same image on another computer I get
the correct output of ROI selections (second image).

I have downloaded Imagej again but the problem persists. I can't image why
it would act differently on different computers.
