ROI Manager Translate working incorrect?

Hello all,

I just noticed a possible bug in the ROI Manager. Here is what I did (Windows 7/10, 32/64bit,
Fiji with ImageJ 1.51r):
Marked several ROIs.
Selected all ROIs in the ROI Manager window by clicking on the first ROI and shift-clicking on
the last ROI.
Applied a Translation to all ROIs via "More" - "Translate".
All ROIs get translated. However, the ROI that was selected first is translated farther than the
other ROIs.

I have noticed that the first selected ROI is also marked as selected in the image (white dots
on the outline of the ROI). Could it be that the Translate function thinks that this ROI is
selected "twice"?
The function works correctly if I click somewhere  in the image after selecting the ROIs in the
ROI manager (this unselects the ROI in the image but leaves all ROI selected in the ROI
manager).
