Saving z Stack as movie in 3 channels

Hi,

I have a Z stack which I captured using Nikon Spinning Disk. I have 3
channels i.e. RGB.
After importing the file to ImageJ, I adjust the brightness and contrast of
all the channels. But when I want to import it as .avi file, it just imports
the channel on which I am, i.e. R/G/B.
How can I combine all the three channels and then import it as a video file?
