Thank you for your answer

Let me explain.
I have an image of fibers with different orientations except that OrientationJ gives me local orientations not the orientation of the fibers.
The idea is to create a macro that would find fibers (greater than or equal to a given size) and their orientations.
How can I do?

Regards,

Good day,

how can a pixel have an orientation?

Did you have a look at the ImageJ-plugin "OrientationJ" that does local
orientation analysis?

Software. Free and easy-to-use software. We provide a software OrientationJ to produce to visualize and to measure the orientation in the images.
