For each error, press ctrl+b (Image>Overlay>Add Selection). You will need to first uncheck “Set stack positions” in Image>Overlay>Overlay Options if you want the arrows to appear on every video frame. The arrows will be saved with the video when you save in TIFF format. The overlay will be outomatically flattened (Image>Ovelay>Flatten) if you save in AVI (File>Save As>AVI) or GIF (File>Save As>Gif) format.
