If your colleagues executed the exactly same script then it is obvious that
your Mac file paths don't work:

input = "/Users/agnieszka/Documents/test_images/";
output = "/Users/agnieszka/Documents/Results-test/";

The have to adjust the path or you could built a little GUI to select the
path in the beginning
