Good day Jeremy,

I've just downloaded this plugin from here
<https://imagej.nih.gov/ij/plugins/download/Multi_OtsuThreshold.java>

then compiled and it runs perfectly with plain ImageJ (version 1.52h,
Java 1.8.0_172, macOS 10.11.6)
